Here at Just Miata, our continuing relationship with the MX-5 over the years has often led us, and in fact at times forced us, to innovate. The developmental products, tools, and parts listed in this section have been designed to either to benefit our shop workflow, or to improve the weaker design points of the Miata. We have as well begun to assemble "service kits" intended to enable the home mechanic to perform some of our service routines.

The PPF Power Kit provides a simple, concise improvement to the Miata's 2-point drivetrain mounting design.

The PPF Power Kit will reduce or eliminate issues such as the "65 mph shimmy," Power Plant Frame flex, and center tread tire wear. The PPF Power Kit was designed and is patented by Stuart Thompson.
