PPF POWER KIT
The PPF Power Kit is in essence a reinforcement of the Miata's stock Power Plant Frame, namely, the structure supporting the drivetrain of the MX-5 beginning immediately after the transmission, extending towards the rear of the vehicle and terminating at the rear differential.

The unmodified PPF of the Miata is supported at only two points, at the transmission, and at the differential mounts, as shown in the picture inset above. This is problematic, as the unmodified powerplant frame is prone to flex and resonant vibrations, causing issues such as "the 65 mph shimmy," losses in throttle response, and overall cornering stability.

The reinforcement provided by the patented PPF Power Kit will reduce or eliminate issues such as:
